I'm still on version v2.0.4 due to reading all the problems that people are having on the help section of this plugin. The old one seems to be working fine and I'd rather not have to complicate things by updating when it's just a plugin for managing stack sizes.

What are the advantages of updating to the new version? 

Everything has been running fine for me lately. 

I'm running v2.0.4 without problems. Curious what the benefit of upgrading is.

dont new version sucks old one was way more simpler and you will have to redo all stack sizes ect

Actually it wasnt (read the posts) I for one had to go back to v2.0.2 because on non stacking issues in v2.0.4

So basically don't upgrade to version 3.

I am using the latest version, how can you check and report problems if you dont use it,  the dev has to have feedback or he/she wont know that there is a problem , There are anomalies in weapon stacking but most other things stack ok

So I have a dev server, I tried updating from v2 to v3 with issues, the biggest one is if you have individual stack size set on items (not on item groups) it broke things for me.

Until there is a clear update/upgrade guide from v2 --> v3 with out losing your config I do not recomend updating.

Did you even read my original post? I asked what the advantages are of updating to the new version because it seems many people are having issues with it. I just want to know if it's worth the hassle as I'd rather not have to reconfigure everything if all the plugin does is cause more problems when it's function is to simply control stack sizes.

By Dev server, I clone my production live server configs and plugins over to a private development server for testing things like updating plugins. Helps test out stability and troublshooting issues with out needing to test on a production server.

as far as your original post goes, latest version will have support for future compadibility issues on server updates/hot fixes as well as potential exploit fixes.

why this update must destroy my whole config... so much work .....
