I updated to the current version and all of my stack sizes on my server are reverted to default. I spent alot of time getting everything set accordingly can someone please explain how to revert it and get my stack sizes back?

Same here. Was very annoying that it wasn't announced that this would happen. Luckily for me I had a backup of the data file and reverted back to version 2.0.3 until I have time to go through every single stack item and re-do it.

Any major version change, like from v2 to v3, should be backed up before updating. Major version changes mean breaking changes

2.0.3 still uses the old data file if you want to use that in the meantime until you re-do it
