This would generally mean the file was edited wrongly. Make sure the changes you make follow the format, and that it is valid JSON as a result.

I'm a bit confused as I'm having this issue... except there is NO Data file I know of... do I have to create the File if it failed to create? What do I put in there?

I've tried about everything I know now. I don't see anywhere on how to fix it only like, oh, i fixed kay bye. So... would someone please tell me what file I'm suppose to have in the Oxide Data. It's the only file I do not know about it creating... i've spent about a day on this now.... so, yeah. Read the boot up, looked for errors. I'm lost.

I am having this issue as well. My JSON is valid. Reinstalled multiple times. Maybe an issue with the plugin itself? It was working fine for me yesterday.
A valid JSON doesn't mean it is a valid format. Also make sure to check the oxide/data, not the config.serene

Okay... well.. Here is what I'm going to do. Using GTXGaming Servers... I'm going to wipe the server, refresh EVERYTHING. Going to install stacksizecontroller first. Test it. If it still don't work idk what to do at this point.

StackSizeController worked fine by it's self. This is so annoying.
Another plugin shouldn't cause this plugin's data file to be corrupt, usually a server crash or improper shutdown is a common cause.

Well... something is. As the only thing I've done is add the return mods figuring it was a corrupt file from the server. Server is NEW WIPE - Re-installed. List of Mods used below.

These are all the mods on server. I added STACK before all of these this time. It worked, added these mods and suddenly it doesn't work. I could just add ONE mod at a time until it breaks and know that is the one at fault. But I am hoping that there is a - oh, this is your issue, remove or add this. Thing. I am hoping. (Crosses-fingers)
