Did you change item stack sizes in the data file (while plugin unloaded) ? or just in the config json file ? , there is also a list of known issues on the documentation page that you might want to look at

Sometimes users add them mistakenly, or it gets marked as that due to lack of detail.

i see. i am working on a fix for this issue and the duplication issue. it appears the author is inactive atm and the duplication issue needs fixed asap

Default is without a pc at this time (according to posts) and said he will remedy the problems once he is able, it is not through a lack of interest,
