They "FP" appear to have made some very subtle changes to the way items are stacked in game, I think to try and save some massive CPU hits...
The result is that stacking items & unstacking behaves differently depending on the container.
The updates to stack controller "broke" after these subtle changes that mostly effect "right clicking" or picking up objects.
I don't think there is an "OXIDE" hook into the routines needed to bypass this code.
As the dev has already stated in another thread "go back to version 2.0.2"
