I used 100,000 stacks on my server.
I returned the fuel stack as on the vanilla server "Low Grade Fuel": 500.
Then the copter has fuel in the amount of 100 as it should be

Stack Size controller is messing with the AIrWolf Update, just verified it is the problem, Unloaded all plugins restarted server, Vanilla rates, Load Stack Size Controller, now given fuel is 20K.
Remove plugin restart server back to vanilla 100 on lowgrade, repeat above and it brings it back to 20K
Merged postI would not consider this matter as solved. This is a big issue and exploit for players if anyone stacks lowgrade past 500 which a lot of servers do.
The problem is that Face Punch added an initial amount of fuel in the amount of 20% of the stack installed on your server, in the amount of how someone will configure the plugin.
And therefore, everyone has a different amount of fuel when buying a mini-copter.

LOL! My Server Stack is 100K, So it has 20K in my heli. It is confirmed that Stack Size is affecting it. Whatever amount you put it, it will take 20% out of your Stack Size settings for Low Grade.
there is a fix out for this, another plugin that handles the fuel works perfectly.
just do /stack lowgradefuel 500 in chat and its fixed

Yes you could do that however on servers that are 5x 10x 1000x that makes no sense to have lowgrade being at a stacklevel that low. There is a plugin available that takes care of the issue and allows you to even set the amounts if you want to have more than the default 100
Stack Size Controller causes that if a player buys a mini or transport copter at the bandit camp there are 20k fuel in the storage.
