I am trying to find a stack plugin that I can use on my host havoc server not computer savvy with stuff like this can someone help me please

I saw that one but to be honest I dont know what I am doing I tried something last night and messed everything up was hoping someone could help me with it

You could create a thread in it's help category (here: https://umod.org/community/stack-size-controller). Not that hard, just need some practise to get into all these plugins stuff
