Not sure if this is still maintained (it works at least!) but it would be good to block spawning these within TC range if you're not the owner of the building.

Version 0.0.6 adds a config to re-enable spawning in building blocked areas.  It is now disabled by default.  Plan to add a check to see that you are not inside at all, but that has proven difficult.
