Hi thanks for working on this plugin, on typing /NoMini the minicopter despawns and then spawns again. 
It's almost as if the /Nomini command is merged with /Mini if that makes sense.

I concur. Using /nomini despawns and immediately respawns another mini where it last was.

Try removing line 121.
