How do you set an image. Cant work it out

The image the plugin uses is attached to a SteamID made specifically for the purposes of that plugin, I assume. You would have to make another Steam account with the required picture then reference the SteamID64 in the plugin config, or find someone with a picture you like and use their SteamID64.
