I was trying the option "Remove Message from Sender" and seems that it doesn't work ^^

How do permissions work?

If you have specified a permission, then you must grand it to user or else this auto response group will not work for user. And if it won't work, then sure it won't remove his message.

Even removing permissions, won't work.

Maybe he is using Better Chat, not sure if plugin is compatibile with Better Chat.

Please provide your plugins list and smartchatbot.debuginfo and make sure you gave yourself a permission and your message is being triggered. My plugin might be compatible with better chat. And please also make sure not answered you on this message.

I have a private chat plugin, It might be that the problem. It auto-answers but it doesn't hide the message to everyone.

That is your problem. Lol how can it hide messages from all the plugins, including your unknown?
