no error, the same happens with edittool

There would be something, not nothing. Either you'd see an error, a message, or something would happen.

the chat accepts the command but nothing happens, there is no error in the log, if it compiles correctly.

Just tested, worked just fine. Message shown in chat when slapped, player moved.

something happens to me, many plugins do not respond to me. The other admin works well, sorry for the confusion
