Hello, 

Little issue im running into with this plugin. I have the config setup to start a voteday at 7pm. If the vote is unsuccessful server goes into night like it should. But when 7am rolls around i get a new voteday popup! 

Vote time start is currently set to 19 for 7pm with a 30 second window.
