About a week ago sil stopped working and gets stuck at adding image to download queue. Anyone else with this issue? I think it happened during the last oxide hotfix.

Yes me too; SIL stopped working now only says added to download queue
Likely @Whispers88 is busy with summer activities because I have a question outstanding for a week or more on Skinner.cs and no answer thus far...
Figured this out on my end. Turned out that the image hosting site i was using was the culprit.

I am not using an image hosting site; I host my own images and always have on the same site... this is something new for me.
