Can you draw on that thing in the vanilla game? This egg suit item have the special feature to be painted like a sign? If that's true, I'm impressed and never knew about this. Anyways, because you need to look at the entity (signs) in order to use /sil I guess currently it's not possible but I would like to see it somehow implemented if the statement you said it's true.
