(issue) /sil not working for Med animated signs

When Using /sil after lates update it breaks the animated sign.

noticed that it will load first frame but after loading more frams it defaults to 3rd frame and shows that frame as first and second tick in off state.
On the example below all 3 images afre completely diffrent

It appears that players on my servers are also having an issue with the neon signs freezing up on a single frame and not scrolling through the saved images.
