No longer compatible with Debian

I have tried everything, but the /sil command simply does not work in my server. Says image queued but doesnt work. Running debian 9 linux based rust server.

I had the same message that it was queued but did not show up. However

 "Enforce JPG file format": false,

fixed it for me. Took me a while to find out.

I am using libgdiplus 6.0.5 and mono-complete (*.*.*.*)*. Don't know if that information helps you.

* Installed it while trying to find out what is wrong, not sure if -complete is needed i don't think so as I tried it on other systems with just libgdiplus.
