Absolutely need this PR'd into the official version.

Someone asked if I could add neon signs to the Sign Artist plugin. Is this something that can be done? Players can upload neon images?

Since the maintainer appears to be busy, I will look into adding support for this in the next week, along with support for carvable pumpkins.

I got  working neon signs with sign artist, just some lines of code you have to add.
Can lokk in this tomorrow and post here.

I sent my update to Whispers. It was more involved than a few lines of code, because of support for animated signs, hooks and API support.
