I did the installation of both libgdiplus and mono-complete it remains the same, do I need to restart the machine to work?

Shouldn't have to, but I would discourage installing mono as it may conflict with the Odidr compiler.

@Wulf I uninstalled the mono, and I did and reinstalled libgdiplus, but I still have the same problem. Is there anything else you can try?

From my experience, the linux environment sometimes needs to be restarted to take effect.
