reycler shows as requires dlc

Anything on this one? More items from custom plugins show as dlc but they are not. Any idea how to fix it?

use the option to enalbe dlc use, just make sure you dont have anything that actually is dlc or paid. what i had to do for them to use some things. the dev doesnt respond. (not unusual for him)
