Hello, Our players can no longer transfer RP between themselves and I cannot find anything in the config file that would stop this.  This migh tbe a simple fix that I am just missing something basic, but what do I have to do to give players access to the Transfer ability once again?

Same players can't transfer plus the dlc plugin is seeing recyclers (skinned repair bench) as prohibit item, which it is not. 

is the transfer tab visible?

This one also can no longer send RP between players.
The tab is displayed and can be navigated.
However, while admins can view the player list, it seems that regular players do not see the list when they click.
