Our server currently uses Server Rewards, we have ran into an issue where our server rewards shop is disabled, but some players are continuing to use /s and are getting stuck on the "Shop isnt avaliable" screen. Is there a possibility of adding a customized command for this to change /s to another command? That would allow us to change the command to something that would be more difficult to trigger accidentally.

you can modify the plugin itself, search for "chat" and change the "s" to whatever you want
