When we do /s, we get the message, You must wait until ImageLibrary has finished processing its images.
Other plugins that need the ImageLibrary work without issue. 

Any suggestions for how to fix?

I am having this same issue. I think it might be an error with the code, but i cannot find it.

Actually i just fixed mine by going into imagelibray config file and attaching my steam api key to the file.
