There should really be an option for wiping RP upon map change. Many other plugins use this to auto-wiipe things (such as backpack).. it would be super helpful to not have to manually wipe RP every month

or am i missing something.. is there already a way to do this

Well so I'm familiar with the SR clear all command but unfortunately it has to be run manually .. I've tried to use RCON to time the command and unfortunately I havent gotten anything to work yet. Wipe Assistant doesn't have an option to wipe RP either.. 

I did it in chat but it would be nice to have it and kits wipe on server wipe

You can delete data\ServerRewards\player_data.json file during wipe.

Oh, and same thing with Kits; delete data\Kits\player_data.json file.

OR, you could do what I do and let players keep the RP they've earned to carry over into next wipe. It gives them a reason to farm RP and stick with my servers - wheras wiping RP gives them a reason to go look for another server. I've also purchased a plugin called Scrap Vending Exchange which converts scrap to RP and I've set it to 10 scrap to 1 RP and encourage players at the end of a wipe cycle to use recyclers to convert as much as they can to scrap and then buy RP with it to get them started on the next wipe. They REALLY like that. You're welcome. 😉
