Add the possibility to give points to offline players

actualy it don't work after a try...

I would appreciate it too.
I want to implement selling RP for real money on the shop.
It seems there is no way doing it right now.

I was thinking about implement paper money, which could be sold for RP later.
But runnnig command to give player some items is also not the best solution.

Would be great to have this. 

If you know their SteamID you can edit their amount in the data file oxide\data\ServerRewards\player_data.json.

Yeah I'd like this too.
