I only want my VIP players to earn points or access the reward store. Is there a method to lock this down? Either give normal players zero reward points or a way to block /s command unless they have permission?

I ended up using the Alias system plugin. I edited the server rewards plugin so the command is some random string nobody can guess. I then set an alias for /shop to that custom command and now only VIP can access the /shop because the alias plugin supports permissions
