What I want is as you can see there is a command to reload BetterChat after that sometimes it cannot reload the plugin faster than command and it cannot add person to group. is there a way to add wait after execute the command.

This isn't really a Server Rewards problem as much as it's a Better Chat problem.  Better Chat should have an API method to do this (it might already, somone should check).
