if i use the items work fine kits are the same but when i try and add a command to spawn in the mini chopter i just cant seem to get it to work at all any ideas ? 

I believe the "spawn" command you are referring to is a client-side command, so you'd need to use a plugin that actually provides what you want (such as a console command) server-side.
