Banning players using player administrator plugin doesn't ban players if you have server armour also.
They can join back and only way to actually ban is to use server armour command.

Is this still an issue? Was looking into this plugin for my servers. I use PlayerAdministration and EasyAdmin - I'm curious if this happens with EasyAdmin too?

I dont use EasyAdmin. But yes its still a issue. need to use server armours commands to ban or they can just join back...
