Get this error when i type sa.ban in console or /ban in chat

@bjarkeh did you include quotes around you reason?
example: ban steamid "some reason"

Yes I did.
I also tried to write /ban in chat to get a help command, that gave me that en console aswell

Im also getting this error when running /ban command

I get this when i reload ServerArmour
