Apparently, I am not smart enough to figure out how to use ServerArmour.   Typing /sa.cp playername <force:true> in chat does nothing.  Typing the same into F1 console does nothing.  Also typing this into RCON command does nothing.  I even tried using his Steam64 ID in place of his name... still nothing.  I am having an issue with this particular player where SA has for some reason marked his IP as bad and says when he tries to log on that he has 86 violations which I only allow for 3 to play my server.  In my RCON client, when he tries to log on, his Steam64 ID says he has ZERO violations, 1 server ban.  I have tried using the sa.unban playername/id command in F1 console and I get nothing in return.  No error message, no message that he was unbanned.  I read in the plugin documentation where a website was mentioned that information may be sent to outside of Steam/Rust clients.  I personally know this person and he was on my server playing, built 3 bases, did raid bases all kinds of activities.  There was one incident with a player who stole from him and the thief player got banned.   After he logged off for the night, the next day when he tried to log on is when it was disallowed saying he had 86 violations and his IP was "dirty".  Steam won't help him, says it's on the server owner/admin.   Honestly, I don't understand how Steam/Facepunch think I am supposed to somehow remove 86 violations and "clean" his IP when I cannot even see those violations.     I would really like to help him clear this issue up so he can play again on my server.  Is there a website or somewhere else I can go to get further information or instruction as to how to proceed, or somewhere I can view these "violations"?

An IP cannot have 86 violations, and cannot be marked dirty. 
86 violations are most probably arkan violations, but there is no auto kick function for this , it's just information.
