I just ban one person and i cant unban him.
if i use the command in-game /unban the plugin return me that the player
has unbanned but its not !

on the website im able to pardon but the icon dont change to delete the ban.
(if player join the server after pardon he is getting banned again)

How long takes to the icon change to DELETE?
with this problem this plugin is starting to cause problems only because of this.

any ideas? its only me with this issue?

What is your timezone, who is the player? I cannot see your attachments. 

I have same problem, if i use ember and server amour together. If i do unban, then "Lenght" of ban change to "a minute" and more don't happens..

Im from Brazil -03 GMT, all the bans even after PARDON players cant join the server. we owners need to wait the icon change to DELETE and than DELETE the ban... only this way the player can connect again... look this example:



I already pardon the player 20 min ago but he still cant join the server (auto kick for the ban).
i need wait 2-3 hours to the icon change to DELETE and only after this the player can join.

I was thinking I was the only one with this problem.
