Its just an example, after wipe it spams like hell with these :/

Im also seeing this but unsure why it shows. I use RustAdmin to manage my servers, it comes up in the chat windows as Global chat. Is this spamming when these users connect? (It only shows for people that have bans etc) I am away from a PC to connect to the game for a while and concerned this is spamming in game chat for all to see? Can anyone confirm?
