Setting min allowed Steam level?

Good afternoon, I'm interested in the option "Auto Kick: Min Allowed Steam Level (-1 disables)": -1, if I need to cut off everyone with a Steam Level less than 1 then how do I do that? Can I use <1 or not?  For example, so

@Nicklive it would be "Auto Kick: Min Allowed Steam Level (-1 disables)": 1. 

Keep in mind, that this would also kick anyone with a hidden profile, or private profile.

set Level (-1 disables) ": 1. and now the server can only be accessed from lvl 1 player with lvl 23 can not enter writes that you do not have lvl 1

Keep in mind, that this would also kick anyone with a hidden profile, or private profile. 


Also, provide the logs of when the player joined, if he isn't private.

Am I reading this right. If I set Min Allowed Steam Level to 1 it will kick Hidden & Private profiles?

What do I set it to so I can ban Level 0 account only?
