Players Getting kicked due to Ban Ceiling when I already put it to False.

I had to use "serverarmour.whitelist.banceiling" in order for them to enter the server.

Player 1 and 2 both had 4 server bans, you allow a max of 3 previous bans. 

I deleted 3 of their bans since it was duplicated by the server owner
