Can't get syntax for ban command to workNot An Issue

1. When typing /sa.ban in game it brings up a command line.

<color=duration days....... not sure why the word color appears.

2. What is the correct way to ban a player from console or using a rcon tool if an admin is not in game ?

HI

Which game server did you use it with?

Syntax is:

/sa.ban user "reason" 1m

The above would ban a user for 1 month,

1d - day

1h - hour

1m - month

1y - year

/sa.ban user "reason" 1m

Is this the IN GAME ban command? Or does the same syntax work in console to? I was asking how to ban in rcon or console only.

If I am using rust admin and ban someone using the rcon tool they are not kicked or banned does the pluging somehow take over the banning process?

If I type in game

/sa.ban

here is the responce

The command is the same, be it ingame, console or rcon.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin? As it should kick the player automatically if they are online

Ok I was using to rcon tool to kick or remove

maybe a language file need updating on the next update to correct this ?

/sa.ban

Have you actually read my reply? Where I provide you the syntax? Did you try using it as suggested?

You keep replyig the same thing over and over, with no details for me to actually help you.

Delete you language files. It will be regenerated to the correct syntax.
