@Pho3niX90 Done :) also I did Try banning him again. it did kick him after banning but with the same error.

These errors aren't anything to worry about. They are shown as a debug message that was left in. In simple terms, it is shown because a user doesn't have a ban agaisnt them, and the linq couldn't "find" anything, therefore a InvalidOperationException is thrown. This will be fixed in v0.5 which will be released soon. I am just testing that everything is stable.
