When a player is auto kicked

"Broadcast: New bans": true, is this sent to admin chat only ?

If only admin is there an option to broadcast the message server wide so players can also see auto kicks happening if admin desires ?

That option is to broadcast it to all players.

If it has broadcast in the name, it broadcasts it to everyone."Broadcast: Player Reports" is to broadcast when a player contains bans or vacs. 

"Broadcast: When VAC is younger than" would be to only broadcast when the ban is younger than X days
