how is that working? is ist like if someone says a racist word he get banned or what :)
Auto Kick: Ban: Contains previous Racism ban
If a player has been banned on a previous server for racism, they won't be allowed to connect.

What is your config set at?
You should see a message in the logfile, like this "Player *** is at steam level xxx", does this match your steam level? And what is the following set as:
Auto Kick: Min Allowed Steam Level (-1 disables)
