Would you consider too in integrate it with a GUI in game?

This is defintely in the pipeline, ASAP.  If all goes well it should have a GUI in the next week. 

Just currently deciding if it should have a standalone GUI for rust, or if I should just integrate with player administrator. 

I think that integration with player administration isn't so important, as it would only really show if the banned players are still at least asleep ;)
