what would happen with a player that has been given temporary ban, sometimes "rarely" i issue these, would they go into the database and have trouble in the future with joining other servers "not good", at moment i use rust admin and leave it running for players with vac bans and game bans to be witheld from entering the server, but i am wndering how a temporary ban is dealt with / will be dealt with

It would go into the system, but because of keyword banning a server owner can decided if it's an issue for themselfs or not.
Example: User 1 was banned because he didn't follow the ruler, the timeframe of the ban was only 2 days.
No on my server I would see he didn't follow the rules, so I won't autoban him and would advise him to read the rules in full.

cool thanks, i think its great devs are starting to adress management of cheaters and troublmakers with this and arkan that can run 24 / 7 on server itself

Yes defintely. Cheaters/hackers has strated to destroy the games we love, thusfar I have noticed a trend, once ppl are banned on the server due to being banned previously, shortly after they tend to get a game ban also. Noticed this happen 6 times in the last week.
i had 4 long term players in a team consistantly flagged with arkan for one thing or another and after watching for good while politely asked about the server constantantly flagging them and only them as a team in logs about potential use of scripts and such,,, total denial but have never seen them since they not banned just embarresed, and i did explain they could be false positives so no biggie just a question
