The reason for this seems to be the extension. Normally this happens if you run a command via Discord or if you send a message from Discord to the Ingame Chat.

I also had my entire server kicked (50 players) because of a rate limit error, had to unload plugin for the mean time, dont want them to get kicked again

Extension issue, not plugin, can't do anything about it. Refrain from using two way chat if you don't have to.

Yup my entire server has been kicked multiple times now.  Starting to miss DiscordMessages

Still the same problems after the update, lag on the server and packet flood kicks
