It would be useful if i wanted to edit the prefix of the message to server name.
Currently i had to edit plugin .cs file but that would be overwritten if an update should pop up.

Add config option for how often plugin reloads itself - Having multiple servers reloading often can cause discord bot tokens to reset due to too much traffic.

More lang options will be down the line.

As for the other part, the bot needs constant reloading to keep the extension connection alive. If you have issues, maybe make a second bot to split your load.
