I would unload it and reload the plugin to see if that corrects the issue. I just wiped my server and it's working correctly.

Are you trying to use Carbon?  I think I've seen similar errors when trying to use that.  I think they reverted back to oxide.

Edit: saw the error stated Oxide compiler so doubt carbon is the issue.

The problem was that the Discord extension was deleted during the wipe
