I have tried to use Simple,Embed, and DeathNotes as output formatting and it does not do anything. I have it set to true for logging. I also have all the flags (death_pvp, death_animals, death_npc, death_vehicle) enabled for the channel.

Nevermind I figured out you need to use plugin_deathnotes_pvp for example instead of death_pvp.
