Instead of having just a line of text showing what the player said, is it possible to have /report playername reason and have it displayed in Discord accordingly ?

It's not a hook with a method. Report and bug commands simply watch for text input and relay the line of text to Discord.

Thats why I use discord message instead and renamed the report command in the config to random characters and letters to disable it
