Does this grant the ability to use the F1 console commands through the Discord chat? Or am I mistaken? If so, how does it work? Or how do I know that it is working?

!com <console command>-- Send specified command to server console to execute.
Anything after !com is sent to your RCon console.
Simple test ~ !com plugins in the cmd_com channel you setup. Should spit out all the plugins you have in your RCon.
