Plugin doesn't seem to be sending messages when admins (including myself) join the server, and doesn't send chat messages to the desired discord channel, but works fine for normal players.

Nope, but I did with my Owner rank which has all permissions, which is why I wasn't showing up. Thank you!!!!!
