I've started rent6ing my server few months ago but it has been starting up slower and slower everytime. I do weekly wipes. Today i reinstalled the server but it looks like its even more slow. How long does it usually take for you guys to restart your server? Mine is now at 10  minutes or something VANILLA, which I think is too long or is it me?

Do you host your server on SSD or HDD or what? Why about your RAM amount?

My test server with 2k map starts in about 20-30 seconds, but its on 12 core CPU and SSD. Really depends on many factors, such as: CPU speed, CPU thread count, RAM speed, drive speed and really on worldsize. Difference between loading 4k map and 6k map can be 2 times...

I'm seeing about 3-4 minutes to load an active 3k size, 60k entities, 40 plugins. However I notice that upon restart, the server doesn't load completely. Upon restart the server process uses very little CPU and the RAM doesn't go above 1GB. I have to restart the server process a 2nd time for the server to fully load. This results in the total restart time taking anywhere from 5-8 minutes.

Server Specs: 4x3.2GHZ CPU, 16GB RAM, WD Black HDD (not SSD)

a fresh reinstall did seem to work, it now restarts in 4 to 5 minutes instead of previously 15 minutes
