i've tried to install oxide, by extracting oxide.rust in the server folder and just run the server... after 8 times of clearing all the folders and reinstalling everything again, the server worked but without oxide and any plugin, am i doing something wrong? (there is no oxide log)

If you see no indication of Oxide, it isn’t installed. Make sure you aren’t doing any update checks in your startup.

steam checks for updates, is that the problem?, if that is it, how do i remove it?
